Terms of Service

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 to hold an account. A student under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian to consent to these terms and to any payment, and the guardian remains responsible for the account.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you believe it has been used without your permission.

One account is for one person. Sharing a login so that several students attend a session booked for one is a breach of these terms and may end the enrolment without refund.

2. Live classes, rescheduling and recordings

A session runs for the duration shown at booking. If an instructor cannot attend, the session is rescheduled at no cost or credited back in full.

You may reschedule without charge up to 12 hours before the start time. Inside 12 hours, or if the student does not join within 15 minutes of the start, the session is treated as delivered.

Sessions may be recorded so the student can review them. Recordings are available to the enrolled student and their guardian and are not published. If you do not want a session recorded, tell the instructor before it begins.

3. Fees, refunds and cancellation

Prices are shown before payment in the currency you select and include any taxes stated at checkout. There is no admission fee and no lock-in period.

The first 45-minute diagnostic class is free and carries no obligation to continue.

Unused sessions in a package are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase. Sessions already delivered are not refundable. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

You may cancel a recurring plan at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not shorten the period already paid for.

4. Community and acceptable use

The community is for learning. Do not post another person's private information, abusive or harassing content, spam, or material you do not have the right to share.

Do not use SparklMind to obtain answers for a graded assessment, examination or take-home test where outside help is not permitted. Coin bounties may not be used to commission such work.

Reputation, coins and badges are features of the service, not property. They carry no monetary value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted where they were obtained by manipulation.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaches this section, and will say why where we can.

5. AI workspace

The AI tools are a study aid. Working is generated and machine-verified, but it can still be wrong, and it is not a substitute for a teacher's judgement or for your own reasoning.

Do not paste another person's confidential information into the workspace.

You keep the rights to the problems and notes you enter. You grant us the licence needed to process them in order to run the service.

6. Intellectual property

Course material, worksheets, recordings and the site itself remain the property of SparklMind or its licensors. You may use them for your own study and may not resell, republish or redistribute them.

Content you post in the community stays yours. By posting it you allow us to display it on the site and in search results.

7. Liability and governing law

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee a particular examination result or grade, as outcomes depend on the student's own work.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give notice by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.
