How a teacher gets in front of your child
- Sit the paper firstApplicants write a paper from the exam their students will write, such as JEE Advanced maths or the AP Calculus BC free response, under time.
- Teach a real class, watchedA demo class, watched. We are looking for one thing: do they stop when the student is lost, or keep going because the plan said so?
- Identity check, then ongoing feedbackAn identity check before teaching, then parent feedback and attendance are kept in view. If a teacher is not the right fit, you can ask for another at any time.
